Privacy
For tinymotionwork.com and its subpages.
Last updated: 24 August 2026
The confirmed retention period for IONOS server logs is still required before publication.
This privacy policy applies to tinymotionwork.com, including its project, support, imprint and privacy pages. The app-specific privacy policy also applies to Stickgroove.
The website is hosted on IONOS webspace. When a page is requested, the hosting provider may process technically necessary connection data. This may include the IP address, date and time, requested file or address, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser identifier and HTTP status.
This processing is used to provide the website securely and reliably. Where applicable, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in secure operation and error analysis.
[REVIEW AND ADD THE IONOS PRODUCT, DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT AND ACTUAL LOG RETENTION PERIOD.]
Before optional video playback is started, this website does not set cookies. It does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking scripts. Fonts, stylesheets, scripts and images are served locally from this domain.
The Stickgroove page includes a video using a two-step, privacy-enhanced setup. No connection to YouTube is made when the page is opened. Only after a visitor actively selects “Play video” does the browser load the video from youtube-nocookie.com. This may transmit the IP address, browser and device information, and interaction data to Google or YouTube. The visible link to the Tiny Motion Work channel likewise establishes a connection only when it is clicked.
The planned store buttons are currently inactive. Once external links are added, a connection to the respective platform provider will be established only when a visitor opens the link. The privacy policies of Google or Microsoft apply to data processing on those platforms.
When you contact us by email, the information you provide voluntarily is processed to handle and answer your request. Depending on its content, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The current version of the website does not contain a contact form.
[ADD THE SPECIFIC RETENTION PERIOD FOR ENQUIRIES.]
During normal website operation, no integrated third party other than the hosting provider receives data. Data may be transmitted to Google or YouTube only after a video has been enabled and clicked. The terms of the respective provider apply when external store links are opened. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, the applicable safeguards and legal bases must be observed.
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for its purpose or required by law. The retention period for email enquiries depends on their content and any applicable statutory retention obligations.
[ADD THE IONOS LOG RETENTION PERIOD AND CONTACT ENQUIRY RETENTION PERIOD.]
Subject to the legal requirements, data subjects have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn with effect for the future. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect the website and processed data. This privacy policy will be updated if functions, integrated providers or legal requirements change.
